of our salesmen and service engineers alike. Our team
has over100 years of experience in all levels of the
industry.
Mark Cox, President

Mark has over twenty five years of experience in the
machine tool industry. Sales was the natural progression
of his career from his background in machine shops,
service engineer roles and CNC programming trainer. GE
trained Mark as a manager in the extensive “six sigma”
quality training. He reached GE’s Green Belt during his
position as Global Sales Manager. After working for two
companies that were purchased by a national
conglomerate, Mark decided to open a sales company that
put the sales customer first. ACI Machine Tool Sales is
built on the concept that service and applications
support sales. We are first and foremost a sales
company.
George McMichael,

George has over thirty years of experience in the
industry. Although he began his sales career with
Gosiger in Dayton, OH, he spent the bulk of his career
with Advance Machinery Company/GE Capital in Louisville,
KY. George covers the Louisville area and brings a
wealth of sales expertise.
Kevin Carrico,
Salesman (kevin@acimachine.com)
Kevin has over twenty five years experience in the
machine tool industry. Kevin has been selling both
machine tools and accessories in Kentucky. He covers
Western Kentucky.
Ray Bailey, Salesman

Ray has over 28 years experience in machine tool sales,
Ray started his career at GE Appliance Park, He then
became the first General manager of Advance Machinery
Company, and has worked in sales, at other machine tool
companies, before being drawn to the best, ACI. Ray
covers Southern Indiana.
Rob Paauw, Service
Manager (rob@acimachine.com)
Rob has been in the service field for over fifteen
years. He has a degree in electronics and began his
experience as a service tech with Advance Machinery
Company. He has extensive training in Hurco, Fanuc,
Mitsubishi and PC-based Bridgeport CNC machinery
controls for both repairs and programming. Rob handles
our machining center training.
