We have three service
engineers who can perform the warranty and chargeable
work on the installed customer base as well as new
installations. Going the extra mile on installations
(both mechanical and training aspects) will do more to
move additional machines than any amount of advertising.
We try to provide service within 24 hours of the initial
customer contact, including assisting customers over the
phone free of charge.
The order of priority
is:
1. Warranty breakdown, customer down.
2. New machine installation
3. Chargeable service
